黃驊百恒達祥通機械制造有限公司位于新興的港口城市黃驊市，于2002年經質量監督檢驗檢疫總局批準的特種設備生產企業。公司現具有A2壓力容器設計許可證，壓力容器A1、A2、D1、D2制造許可證，鍋爐B級制造許可證。公司占地面積極廣。現有職工285人，其中工程技術人員32人，工程師12人，助理工程師6人。生產多種工業產品，低溫液體儲罐（可達250m³）主要市場方向LNG儲備，LNG加注站，工業氣體分裝站，企業和居民氣化站、油田加熱爐。現階段的市場方向西北油田，大慶油田，華北油田、各種鍋爐產品及各種壓力容器產品的市場方向各大化工業、制藥業，近幾年通過大膽的改革，在市場經濟的大潮中創造了良好的經濟效益和社會效益，是目前滄州地區特種設備制造經營的企業。

Located in Huanghua city , a new port city, Huanghua Baihengda Xiangtong Machinery Co., Ltd is a special equipment manufacturer approved by the State General Administration of the People's Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine in 2002. The company is equipped with A2 pressure vessel design license , A1, A2, D1, D2 pressure vessel manufacturing license and boiler grade B manufacturing license. Covering an area of 67,320 m2 , now the company 285 employees , among which there are 32 engineering technicians , 3 senior engineers , 12 engineers and 6 assistant engineers. The total asset reaches 190 million RMB. The company can produce over 50 kinds of industrial products . Main market of cryogenic liquid tank (Max 250m3) include LNG storage , LNG filling station and industrial gas partial shipment station, enterprise and resident-use gasification station, now it is mainly marketing for Northwest oil field, Daqing oil field and North China oil field. Main market of various boilers and pressure vessels are chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The annual output value reaches 280 million RMB or so. Depending on years of adventurous reforms, the company has created sound economic and social benefits in the tide of market economy and become the best enterprises manufacturing and operating special equipment in Cangzhou at present.
